SAV used to be quite good in catching dropping Identity Digital domains, but now these are often caught by other services, what happened?

The problem is every time I only received Whois data reminder email that states: 'If your review indicates that all of the information above is accurate, you do not need to take any action.' There’s no link to click.

Then suddenly they sent the email stating that my domains were disabled. All my domains are still not resolving for days, and support just asks me to wait. This is frustrating.

Mine has been resolved, but it would be safer to transfer them out.

Sav is also the only registrar that allows Celia Jones to spam you every day, all day. Sav CS says there is nothing they can do - they must forward these spam emails. Meanwhile they are the only registrar who does.

After I basically yelled at them - they opened a ticket to see if they could address. The CS person kept trying to tell me there is nothing they could do. I finally got them to understand they could assist in stopping what is obvious SPAM. And that no other registrar sends me spam from Celia Jones.

Interesting. I've never got an e-mail from Celina Jones. Gmails search gives 0 results, including in spam. Maybe she didn't get to my domains yet.

Oh she will find you. Didn't get to me for 12 mos... but once found the emails are endless

I visited my account today and almost ALL my domains were set to auto-renew!

Note that, despite the menu showing an option to disable auto-renew in bulk, it will not allow to disable it unless you also renew the selected domains by at least 1 year.

After having to set auto-renewal off manually, one by one, for all my domains, I realised that this is a good time to transfer out.

Upon reaching the transfer page however, I noticed they use the sentence 'transfer to another register'... 'register' but not 'registrar'?
This is something I would expect to see on a non-English speaking company and not a US-based one.

Not that US residents are great English speakers anyway. :p

Many thanks to @silentg. On the previous page he explained. The problem not with accounts but with 2 factor authentication. I will transfer my domains from here...

usually it's bad auction activity payments etc

or failed login tries

or using domain wrong ways

other things too I guess

Has anyone experienced payout issues with SAV? This is one the worst domains marketplace we have to deal with. Domains sold on auctions, and payment still not received.

We are seriously considering filing a complaint through ICANN or even hire a lawyer to get this resolved.

ICANN has nothing to do with auctions. Many investors are running away from SAV recently because it become super toxic.

That's not how things work. They will have to pay us the amount owed either way.

I list names I wont renew on sav to get a couple bucks back. sometimes I make profit too. i also add bin on sav for all bodis leads to finalize. 5percent and 2 secs to setup is even faster than dan add lead was

this is best way to finalize lead sales. dyna is about same. just 4secs instead of 2.

payout fast too. plus no middle man. like escrow etc.

I will never use escrow or sedo or again to make sale from bodis lead


I wish I was less stupid and came up with this way before then I would have saved hours of wait and middlemen from dan addlead. well at least their fee was same so no money lost

if u are smart u will only use sav or dyna bin page to finalize leads

and If your stupid registrars wants more than 5percent for this or doesnt offer this option for bin then just transfer to sav or dyna.
