I have same issues as you guys, I think they should disable the new UI and let us use the old version, by this time to work on fixing the new UI and all it's bugs, then go live with it.

NameCheap/Spaceship and Dynadot have responsive CEO's on X that give you confidence when things go wrong. We've never heard from the Sav CEO, and Nick who used to at least respond here from time to time has disappeared. All we've got is Sav's X account, who responds - please contact us and we'll help you, but never does anything more or any follow up. According to some sellers, open tickets take weeks and in some cases months.

Sav has to understand there are lots of choices when it comes to registries, yes?
I've transferred out 50% of my Sav names in the past 48 hours. Waiting a little bit on the remainder to see if they can remedy my open ticket before deciding what to do with the remainder. But, it's not looking good for Sav right about now.

Why are domain registrars and marketplaces building for domain investors without inviting them to beta test their new site before the launch? 🤷‍♂️

I've mentioned this to Atom multiple times as well. A little domainer roundtable would be so helpful for them. I'd imagine domainers would offer their time for free too. yet, no one does this. Most companies are reactive, rather than proactive

How do you even contact Sav anymore? Their help link goes to a page not found, and there is no email address to contact them at.

I want to transfer out a .to domain, but there's no authorization code, even after resetting it. There's no way to contact Sav to see what's wrong. And from what I read, even if I do find a place to send them an email, it may take 30 days for them to get back to me.

EDIT: I see they have a Twitter account for help, so I'm trying to contact them that way.

email is how I get in touch.

it takes max 24h to get reply.
often few hours.

I do this by replying to old tickets not closed yet.

else it wont work

they have a chat button on the lower right hand of their website. Apparently that is the way they want you to contact them.

Guys, check your names. I'm having a problem where my NS are properly pointing to landers, but the landers are not resolving. I transferred a name out to test (and didn't change NS) and now it works fine. Anyone else seeing this? I may have to do a global transfer 100% away from Sav with this issue >:(

EDIT - Sav claims my whole portfolio is on "client hold" as I need to verify my WHOIS info. As such no names will resolve. They say an email was previously sent and since I didn't verify, my whole portfolio went on hold. These names are between 11 mos and 1 mo old. She says this happens annually by ICANN mandate. I know we have to verify initially, but never realized all names go on hold until you click a link annually. Is this correct? I really don't recall doing this annually with GoDaddy

Well, it seems the issue was resolved today. Took a week to resolve. What I am wondering is why they send only 1 email. Miss it and your whole folio goes down. They do not send a f/u reminder email. They do not send an email after 14 days telling you all your names are disabled. I found out mos later. Then, when finally made aware of this disaster, it took them 1 week to resolve by sending me a new link to click.

Do other registrars send links to click each year? Do they disable names if you don't click? Do they also not send reminder emails or all your names have been disabled emails?

I mention on X this is for yr 2. I believe I already clicked the initial ICANN required emails and this was another (not the first). I do understand we must verify ICANN initially, although I have some emails from Sav that do not allow us to click (and simply say if your ICANN info is correct, do nothing).

Interesting, I searched the inbox and the last time I got this e-mail was 2021-12-31, I don't even remember if I clicked, but assuming yes - I didn't get any other "annual e-mail" and my names are active.

It is important to note that such annual verification is not required by icann or anyone else. It's a one-time requirement to verify the registrant's e-mail for global domains and some ccTLD registries.

Clicking the links was never the problem.
Something else crashed here...

I was the first one to face this issue.
I received hundreds of emails, with links, and then they disabled my domains some hours later.
Not 14 days...

The problem is every time I only received Whois data reminder email that states: 'If your review indicates that all of the information above is accurate, you do not need to take any action.' There’s no link to click.

Then suddenly they sent the email stating that my domains were disabled. All my domains are still not resolving for days, and support just asks me to wait. This is frustrating.

EXACTLY. Porkbun verified they do not do this nor is it required by ICANN. PorkBun said "suspending a domain over it is pretty wild".

They sent an email that requires a click.
One single email.
No reminder, no follow up email.
If you do not click, your names are disabled. ALL OF THEM.
No follow up email from Sav telling you ALL your names are disabled.

So time passes and eventually, by accident you identify your names are disabled. Who knows how long they were disabled? If Sav disabled when they said (14 days after the email I possibly didn't click), my names were disabled for 2 MONTHS 🤬 You then contact support, obviously frustrated and upset. In my case, I guess I was lucky enough :xf.rolleyes: to only take one week to get them live again. Others have waited much much longer.

I find this policy unacceptable.
I find their lack of follow up emails unacceptable.
I find their CS resolution time to rectify unacceptable.

The management team who decided these policies are still in place making these unfriendly decisions.
This is the same management team who previously decided to fully suspend some Sav accounts in totality without warning, creating quite a stir (note; I was unaffected by this).
This is the same management team who on X asks you to DM them for assistance, but has their DM blocked unless you paid for a blue checkmark.
This is the same management team who has stopped responding here on NP.

I am thankful to the Sav CS X team who eventually got my situation rectified 🙏 They were helpful and apologetic once I got past their DM block.

Based on everything I've learned about Sav, this won't be the last time we'll be dealing with frustrations like this.

I have an unknown issue that I have just received several emails from SAV regarding auto-payment failure.

However, i dont have access to the client portal as it said that an account cannot be opened by client.

Please assist urgently as now I can't pay for the backorder.

Sav hasn't responded here in a long time. I suggest using the chat feature on the lower right hand side of their website

It has been closed.

If they don't respond via chat (they usually do), you can try to contact their X Help handle (@usesavhelp)
