Hello NamePros community! We are creating a single thread where we can share announcements in, talk about product updates, people can ask questions and host a great discussion on all things domains!

Great to hear that it is working now! What country are you in that PayPal blocks pre-funding the account? (Feel free to DM me as well). We typically recommend that people just pre-fund their PayPal account and link that at Sav to use in-store credit but it sounds like that may be restricted in some countries.I think so. While it is still unclear to me where the blocking occurred (either at Sav or at our bank/card issuer), it works now.
There was a solution for this if PayPal would allow us to fill the account with balance, but currently this is not possible in our country, for whatever that reason is.
I think it is worth adding another payment option such as Skrill for example. Haven't used them much but anyway there should be another alternative to card and Paypal. If our card doesn't work, in this situation neither does Paypal cause it charges our card further.
Edit: Oh and in-store credit - that would be very useful.

hi I only reg off expireddomains.net so not sure if this bug only applies to those restored names for regging. either way.. sometimes.. maybe 50 50 chance when I try reg a name which is available yer system says not available... so then I keep clicking search button like 10 times..and eventually it works... happened few times...most recent was
fancy.,.,.vr..,,com
remove symbols
plz fix asap
also can u say or link to changes of yer update tomorrow? does it include ability to sort by extension without everyone wasting 10 mins to download and view sheets? 10 mins per client...times 73774747 clients...is a lot of mins... whereas it's a one time 1 hour coding effort for u... do u see what I'm getting at? and why its sign of disrespect for yer clients to force them to download sheets? not to mention yer the only one on planet left who does this
Regarding one-off registrations, please email the details to [email protected] and we would be happy to take a look into it.
Sorting - We are actively working on that and so much more as we speak! We began the process for this site upgrade last weekend and will be rolling out the UI changes like bulk tools and sorting in Jan!
I'm very pleased with Sav.com, .coms and .co-s are constantly cheap, the UI is great, domain registration is very fast and there are no annoying upsells. I don't know any other place where you can register a domain in less than 10 seconds. Godaddy's main screen does not even load in 10 seconds LOL :D
I hope the bulk functionalities go live soon, and then Sav will be my number one registrar![]()
what u call fast checkout which it is is probably just an unintentional side effect of the worst most lacking in features ui among all registrars...
let's hope they do something real soon..
hard to argue with some prices. but we were not born today so I think we know they cant keep this up too long...and like all registrars it's a way to grab clients..that being said I fear that moving all or most names there will merely result moving them out down the road and all the work therein.
Without knowing the domain I can only speak in general terms but if a sold domain is sold again at a different marketplace, that second sale would be cancelled.
So, starting later next week, the answer is "yes".
Hi there,
I created an account at Sav.com on January 2nd. With a momentary mistake, I put four domains for sale without a minimum price.
All 4 are valuable domains, and I even rejected the Euros 2000 offer for one in recent weeks.
I realized my mistake within minutes and wrote to Sav. There were no offers yet. I said that I don't want to sell my domains on sav.com without a reserve price.
After two days, Hassan from sav.com replied that it was too late and said can not remove. I wrote over and over but got rude and bullying feedback.
Yes, I made a mistake, but I tried to solve it in minutes as soon as I realized it.
sav.com did not want a solution in any way, like an opportunist waiting for people to make mistakes. Like a thief waiting to extort with a gun.
What do you think should I do against their rude and bully attitude.
Thank you.
Best.
