Hello NamePros community! We are creating a single thread where we can share announcements in, talk about product updates, people can ask questions and host a great discussion on all things domains!


@alcy - When we ACK a domain we send the command to the registry right away but do not remove it from the panel until we have confirmed that the transfer has completed at the registry - part of our regular syncs. We have had an issue in the past where transfer for a domain was started, then the transfer was canceled, and before our system could detect that the transfer was cancelled the user ACKed the domain. This made it disappear from their account when it should not have. To prevent this, even when we ACK a transfer, we still check with the registry as part of our regular sync to ensure it did actually leave.

Hi @Nick R , Is it possible to at least mention the date at which another auction can be started? Also, you should probably correct the Typo "An an auction".
There is no record available in the user control panel when Auctions were started/ended. So, its like trial and error and a complete guessing game unless you can remember the exact date of your previous Auction. Please make it user friendly.

@alcy - I would be happy to take a look personally into domains being transferred out that get ACK'd not leaving your account. Just DM me an example domain.
@yb1313 - I'll respond back in the thread after reviewing all the details.
@Darkniight - My apologies for letting the typo fix slip. Its being fixed by a dev as we speak!
@alcy - Re the 6th domain disappearing - can you DM me the domain name so I can take a look. We are not aware of any issues causing this currently.
@kite26 - Glad to hear it was resolved!
@iTesla - We haven't set any price changes yet but I will post an update on here if/when we do for the .COM increase.

Hey @alcy - We would love to be able to connect NamePros usernames with Sav accounts as it would make support a lot simpler but are currently unable to. Feel free to DM me your Sav Account's email address and I can pull up the ticket based on that.
