Using @Sav.com a lot for auctions, renewals and they have been my default registrar (together with Dynadot) for a while. Two days ago they started to pre-charge my card (Paypal) for all auction bids placed by me - by default they charge the max amount I bid as long as I am leading the auction. This is a practice that they used to do years ago but never done for the past years I been on the platform.
Their support is useless saying basically "yes, we do charge and it is for your safety" - so a non-answer to a very concrete question: Have you changed policies? If yes, why? And where can I read about the change.
After ping-pong with their support today getting nothing relevant back I wanted to check here if anyone have experience the same issues with SAV the past days or if it is just me being unlucky
