I have a question and of course you don't have to answer if you don't want, do you set a min.price or keep it $20 as default?

It varies, but never $20.

When I start with a new TLD and unsure yet of pricing, what will sell, etc - I use min offer = 50% of the BIN.

At this time I'm using BIN only, no min. Either buy it, or not.

It works well for me but you need to be pretty sure about the price you are going to use. Otherwise, it's probably the wrong option. Too low or to high, you'll be losing money. So min offer is probably be best option for many, not to mention having the possibility of negotiating and also learning more of that.

Side note I tend to use min offer >$200 whenever possible = dont' want to deal with'em lowballers (at all).

Edit: Anything above $150 tends to weed them off; $200 is great, $220 or something even a better "cleaner".

Edit2: Also using min offer on any domain priced above 3k.

Certainly think so, and this was in fact not the best one - lots of smart and legacy farm names still in portfolio, because farming will be booming. People are moving to cities everywhere. Being a farmer is not popular like it used to be. Growing number of people in the world, less acres for agri. Drought and climate issues. Has to be smart and efficient for the highest yields. Farmers will be the new riches, according to Jim Rogers*. They will drive Ferraris. I congratulate the buyer of this name.

Great sale, congrats. If you donโ€™t mind, how do you find companies to outbound to, I searched for the keyword and canโ€™t find a company with that keyword, just articles only.
