The name was already registered by SH beforehand, receiving a lot of recent views and shortlists, hence why I paid for the very low commission.

Yes, I outbound around July 2019. He replied with $500 and later stepped down to 300. Not until after 1yr before he was able to pay, despite he was using the exact .net and losing customers. Very unserious businessman

Recently based on the stats by Dan (saying publicly it increases sales) and what I see HD do I decided to give many of my names a BIN + payment plan option. Hopefully this isn't just some beginners luck, you know when you try something new and it works just do find out it was a one time thing.

A neat recent sale:

Recess (dot tv) - $5k (net to me)
A GD broker reached out to me on behalf of a buyer. Apparently I had missed some offers that went to an odd email I don't use. Got a call one morning, buyer decided to offer $5k. I had a $7k bin at Dan, but buyer needed to use GoDaddy, and given that all fees and commissions would be covered, took the 5. Was a hand-reg on the drop earlier this year.

The last couple of months have been a little slow, after a pretty good summer. Hoping things pick up a little bit - but I tallied up my numbers and hit a milestone I'm happy to share: I just hit $100k in revenue this year (net after marketplace commissions)!

Sold over 70 names (including DNWE liquidations but not including Namepros and NameLiquidate)

Portfolio is a little over 2k, more than half are .co $1 purchases. I am overexposed in new Gs (especially premium .app) and I need to focus on adding more .com names. I've shifted marketplaces a lot this year, used to be almost all Dan now it's spread between Dan, SH WLM, etc. First time I got serious about Afternic (and it shows), and first year when I've had a BIN on almost all my names.
