@AbdulBasit.com , in both cases it seemed that make offer turned out to be the best fit for those 2 sales, especially the first one as it enabled you to negotiate it up... did you happen to have bins anywhere else or make offer everywhere?

Kind of sums up my week but I'm still grateful for the sale.

For both domains, I quoted first and stick firm with the asking price especially in BoostCamp sale because in Avellino case, the buyer accepted immediately so there was nothing of like negotiation involved.

Also both domains had same BIN at Sedo/Afternic. I'm happy to close the deals myself as it not only saves commission but gives me more knowledge and skills to communicate, negotiate, having patience, etc.

Congrats! That is a fair price for an Italian city of 55K people! Great that the buyer understood the value. BoostCamp is also great combo. As always, you have great eye for good names.

First Reason Fiku means Fig ... i did usual paid ads like i do for my all domains ... when i reached owner he was asking 10k USD i felt like its not possible to negotiate but still i offered him 1.5 he rejected then after few days he emailed me back with price 1.9k and i bought it..but he was really afraid to proceed in transfer process i kept him calm down step by step and i got it
