.app domains were only launched around 4 months ago so at that time it was first come first served. You can still find lots of good .app names available to hand reg but whether the extension will take off is the big question.

No outbound at all, and yes I was the only bidder for the domain. there had been three inquiries before this one. Initially has a BIN for $5,400 for the name. Then I made it a make offer only and received a $20 offer. So I changed it to $9,800 with a minimum offer. I received another inquiry but the person did not respond to me reply.

Finally reduced the price to $4,500 but I somehow think the buyer may have paid more if I had left the price for $9800 because he owns a bulk sms site.
