Also recently sold V / i /r / t / u / a l / R / o / c / k / e / t / in the kingcom for $900 Afternic BIN "mistakenly". Still happy with a good return, bought at GoDaddy Drop Auction for $133 on 4/16/15, buyer got a really great deal with the VR trends, mostly an investor.

EDIT: Did not realise the BIN was set so low, it supposed to be over $5,000 minimally, but lesson learned, which is to always double check your listings especially with the "Afternic fast transfer" feature turned on and do not just click the verify listing emails without looking at the price first and if it is really in your own Afternic account. Someone else listed this name in their account accidentally and I got the verification mail and just clicked on it with no doubt at all, because I had just listed thousands of names on Afternic at that time and then it sold via BIN obligatory and because of the terms and conditions i could not reverse it.

Why many sales on this thread are not reported at namebio ?
For instance, Afternic is not reporting sales and there are a lot of private sales that are not reported!

Sold CaliRentalsโ€ขcom for $2000

Good question.... name bio should mine from here.
AFAIK, Namebio validates sales and validating all of these might be a non-trivial amount of work

That was a good buy for the buyer

Absolutely. It was a great aged .US domain. X,XXX valuation. I do enjoy doing business to those who are looking to boost their portfolio with aged keyword generics.

I have one that would rival the top of the charts coming soon -- probably need to pick up a broker for it. .US may not be .COM -- however, the potential is there unlike other new extensions.
