Domain name: Apartments.co.uk
Sale venue: Private outbound

From DNJournal:

"The ccTLDs also had a very productive week piling up eight entries on our latest all extension Top 20 Sales Chart including three of the five biggest sales. That group was led by Apartments.co.uk, a domain that Hubbard Media sold to CoStar Group for $75,000 in the 5th biggest ccTLD sale of the year. "

Very nice, did you have those prices listed as your BIN in your outbound email?

Great execution of some long tail names.

Are you using paypal, or escrow for such sales?

Currently selling 1 in every 5-7 domains being marketed by my team.

Yes, we do.
When you reach out to buyers, you should always quote a price in the opening message; as long as the BIN is (very) reasonable, it will dramatically increase the read/sales conversion rate.

Using PayPal for all sales.

Often I leave money on the table for wholesale buyers as it becomes easier for them to on-sell. Due to this i have had many return buyers. As long as the buyer and I can make an ROI everyone is happy.

Never look back always move forward... :xf.smile:
