Suggested values / explanations:

Wow... you think B/r/o/k/e/r/Xyz.com is a mistake? Did you contact with Broker.xyz owner? You could have waited for some time and sell it for $x,xxxx easily.

You can even develop it to offer brokerage services specifically to .xyz sellers/buyers.

I own one such domain: Park/xyz.com which can be big if I develop/sell.

I have/had a few anime domains, but that was before trying to get into domaining. I was going to develop them into sites, but didn't have the time :(.
