I've received an inquiry on one of my domain names via Voodoo.com from and unknown e-mail address. Tried searching the email address on all platforms - google, facebook, linkedin, about.me etc, email does not exist.

Than traced the IP Address and it happens to be a corporate company ranked in the 150’s on Alexa.
They didn't offer an amount but in the comments section they wrote:
Please advise how to buy site.

Please can you guys advise me what to do. The domains is also listed at DNS, should get a broker from DNS to deal with them.

Thanks for the kind words. I am surprised it was so fast. I figure if only one in so many visitors will buy a domain, then I need at least that many eyeballs on each domain before I get a sale, assuming it's not crap! haha. That is not going to happen instantly, so I can be patient.

I want to be more active marketing these and likely will after the Christmas affiliate selling rush is over.
