Bought it on 25th November during the Epik Promo.
I priced all the names at 499 after seeing that it is the sweet spot for these promo names but after I sold this name I looked up and this could have been sold for a bit higher, based on how the .io is developed and this is a pretty popular name in Linkedin. Also means Wagon in Spanish.. No regrets though.

All decent hand reg with a certain threshold of TLDs taken are now reg premium and it is really hard to create a list for promo names, so I didn't do any proper research on my name names. I bought about 500 names so I didn't have time to check every name, so I bought all the names that fits my Automated criteria and and slapped 499 for all names.

This Data Based registering still works if you use good filters it seems, based on few other sales I have seen from other domainers.

I have a much bigger list for the next promo.

And even though it hard, it is still possible to make your lists. My lists during the promo had about 1500 names and I could only get 500, because I was a little too late for the other 1000 as I was trying to buy domains for 99 cents on a new registrar which took a lot of time. And by the time Godaddy came with the 99 cent offer, most names were gone. I took like 30 names on gdd. Rest on Epik for 1.99 and about 300 on connect reseller for 99 cents

 

Forgot about this sale. This also sold this month. From the same November EPIK promo batch above
I listed for 499 and offer came at 200. I didn't want to negotiate since I love dogs and I felt he was going to put it to good use

 

Is it done? Sedo has lots of non-payers it seems. Lets us know the payment status. 5-figure sale of a .net domain is a good news, if it was completed.

I got no offer for FraserIslandAccommodation (.) com and almost no traffic for the domain during the past 8 years but kept renewing it just because I knew that it has some other TLDs taken according to dotDB:

The more TLDs taken meaning more potential buyers, I strictly followed this rule and I believed that they would come to me eventually.

I've also sold two more hand-regged .com for $10,000 USD and $5,000 USD earlier this month but due to the NDA I can't reveal what they were, all I can say is that they have about 5 other TLDs taken each on dotDB.
