Thanks FX, I had it as 'make an offer' but it's complicated because as I wrote somewhere else on this site, the previous owner still had it listed for sale at $25k and he got the offer of $8k, not me. Anyway, when I discovered this I offered to split the sale with him due to the fact that I would have taken alot less and so it worked out nicely for both of us. Something to tell the Grandkids too
