This is one of those odd sales... names that are not in high demand but I know they are good because I am the actual end user (developer).

Originally intended for some personal projects.

I still hold a few "db" names but again mostly for my usage, don't bank on them much. Never got an offer for any of them, before this sale. Will keep renewing them as I know I'll use some.

I generally stay away from acronyms but you know, sometimes you might make some cash on them if priced accordingly.

I didn't need this particular domain, so I listed for sale (BIN) and it sold within a few months, shortly after being renewed. Keeping others similar names however, for my upcoming software projects.

This name actually sold in July 2023 but was not reported then since on a 12 month payment plan. All payments have now completed, so reporting now (and listed and verified on NameBio).

Best wishes to new owner - they have not yet changed the nameservers, so no idea on planned use.

I only have a handful of common phrases but like them. This is first 4-word domain name I have sold.

This domain has sold beginning of January this year. ( And the sale pissed me off at first... )

Afternic negotiated by reps. Hold time 2.5 years. Drop reg.

The domain has sold at this price by my mistake. The BIN price was higher indeed but I've copied the wrong Floor price of $2100, which was instead intended for another domain.

So the Afternic reps correctly sold it at floor price. I could only be pissed of at myself though for the error.

Later decided to take the win instead, as this was the first sale for 2024 and a good sign. More did follow indeed.

Lately, 50% of my revenue comes from handregs so I'm going to push more $ into that. ( Note: beginners be careful with handregging... you can lose money fast ).

Sales were meh so I said I'd make a few discounts and this sold quickly after.

I did not see the term "hose" as highly demanded but it's short so somebody liked it. It's not developed yet, seems just parked.

Domain has been caught at drop. Around the 8 months mark I've decided to reduce the price just not to be in a dilemma whether to renew it or not. Yes, short, AI, but at $2-3K I wasn't sure it will sell before renewal.

It sold and I'm happy with the deal even if it could probably have been sold for more.

Congrats to the buyer who got a good deal as well.

P.S. Just acquired a pack of AI .com names and hopefully will come up with more sales soon in this line.

Got this little baby at drop last year. Sometimes a gem like this gets through and I was really surprised I could get it. High quality domain, 100% sure about selling it.

April was running very dry for me (not necessarily in domaining) so I needed more cashflow. Reduced price for this one below $2k and it sold after not so long.

As a side note, this month has some good sales momentum for me and June was excellent also.
