As you all know, I'm into .me! I've had many sales with it! I wish I wasn't typing from my phone but I can't help it *sweatdrops* as I'm currently at school!

SO, I got this because it sounds like AI. I lowered the price on DAN to 999 a few months back, but kept the initial price on sedo.

You can see now as I see now how important it is to list on multiple marketplaces as the buyer didn't even see the lower Dan price when he searched via NC (thank you for this NC)

Anyway, YOU BET I HURRIED UP AND DELETED THE DAN LISTING.

My purchase price was $31 last end of Sept 2023 from dynadot aftermarket.

After 20% MLS commission, take home is $7999

This domain is cool, but I have to keep my flock limited so I wasn't sure what to do. Didn't want a third renewal (not my main niche) .

Dropped price to $999 and it sold before expiring.

As a side note, in 2024 I am mostly focused on certain things, such as AI and whatnot. No longer being all over the place, bear markets require some refining and overall performance adjustment.

Edit: I'm at 2500+ names right now, in case one wonders.

For those that don't agree with my pricing and don't know, I am a discount domainer. Generally I make more money pricing lower than the market, usually 50% price plus minus something. The above name could be sold for more and I definitely know it - but likely on a longer term. Sometimes cash in the bank now is better.

I do however sell retail as well. It depends on the name.
