well its desperation time for me heheh.. but hey sales are bad for most.. anyway going back thru some more older or newer and declined bodis inquiries... food for thought for u all... if u are doing bad and want to retain some option and control over old leads..well use bodis... or others... just not sedo afternic or other landers where once negotiations fail and expire etc u have exactly zero way to restart with buyer.. all your expired or cancelled sedo leads or other such places are forever lost dead ends that maybe u would want to review later in more hard sales times....not to mention u dont get an add lead 5% sale with those companies unlike with dan. anywya just some idea for u..

I guess things have been kind of mostly stalled here lately ( ? - or am I wrong ). So I will post some sales these days, high and low value, to cheer everyone up (hopefully).

Here we go:

I got this domain in 2021, and got tired to renew it. It's a great name if you're a DAPP believer (I'm not). So, hold time 2 years. (Note: who knows, might be great in the future, maybe someone took it as an investment)

I was already expired (2 weeks+), yet somehow sold at Afternic - BIN.

Hand reg at drop.

Accepted $3000 inbound offer @ Dan last week (waited for funds confirmation from Dan to report)

Feel like I could have gotten more by holding longer, but I'm fine with it also considering the valuations in my appraisal thread earlier this year.
A couple notes on Dan: it was a weird experience with them this time, like they never sold a gg domain. Told me there was a transferlock on the domain, there wasn't, then they started the transfer after I provided the auth code and told me I had to authorize it, but I didn't have to authorize anything (checked with Park.io about this).

(Most likely) closing the year with 23 domains in my portfolio, and 3 sold ones this year for a total of $5200 with net profit of roughly $4000.

I promised I'm gonna post more sales to cheer everyone up (those who aren't all cheered up already - by their lots of sales! )

Anyway. This newcomer is drop reg /hand reg from April this year. 8 months hold. Afternic BIN, FT sale.

Why did I get it at drop? Well, not many investors get into acronyms - and to be honest, for the right reasons. But this one just seemed right to me. Turns out I was correct.

Why now: Somebody might have been watching, it because I just decreased price and it sold within days.

Price Note: Yes - it could be sold for more / worth more, if held longer (I know). But: One, I am a discount domainer and I generally made more discounting rather than sticking to what I think is full retail so... here it goes. And two, I have an important cashflow to solve this month (unrelated) so I will be flipping several names and it goes as expected so far. More sales to be posted next.

Oh and my actual limitation seems to be rather the total amount of $ I can invest overall, so... happy to flip this one for this amount. It adds up.

P.S. I don't discount my best domains, except for maybe 10-15% tops.
