Yesterday, I sold itriavalley.com for $1,500 USD via a broker from Register.it. It is obviously a Italian geo name, but I have no idea what it really stands for since it has low search volume and few Google search results. I hand-registered it a few months ago for $8.99 USD just because it has some dotDB TLD counts...

Has anyone here from Italy heard of this place? Itria Valley

Bought August '21 for $36 including registration. 1 more renewal for total cost of $46. Landers with BIN at AN. Listed at DAN, Sedo, GD, and AN (my usual). I include listing at GD because I list as make offer there and it overrides the AN BIN listing.

Sold 2/14 and we had to manually transfer for some reason. $2000 - $300 = $1700 for me. Yay new pricing structure at AN.

I got an offer through AN for $495. I had it listed for $2288 with a $2000 floor and minimum offer of $248.

I rejected the offer and pointed out the BIN.

I got a counter offer at $1000. I give 2 replies before I ignore, so I told them the BIN again.

They countered at $1395 and I ignored them.

AN broker emailed to ask my BIN and Floor. I told them to go with what I listed.

5 days later an offer came through for $2000 and I accepted it.

We had to do a manual transfer which took a day. Then AN had to verify payment. I got the funds in my paypal within 2 days even with the extra steps. So no complaints with AN, it's working better than ever for me.

I liked and still like the name. It made sense in .org too. Like most of my sales, I feel like I could have waited for more, but I'd rather reinvest the 1700 in my hands now.

9percent sale fee then 30percent surcharge to buyer from which dan takes half and I get half... meaning buyer in end pays 9900 on 7600 bin... so he pay 165 per month on 60 month... and from this dan takes 9 plus 15 percent so I get 125... which means I get 7500 after dan fees on 7600 bin. I mean isn't this just insane to figure out..

good name tho..had quite few offers...but waiting 5figure for x years is not for me with sales almost extinct and 800 names renew etc...

ps of course 9900usd is the price buyer wanted to pay..so I guess in end it's like 9900 sale with round 20% fee to me...
