status-invalid Report a Crook and get a warning?

I just posted yesterday to report a crook that did a shill bidding where I am the highest in order to avoid to sell the name to me and I just got a warning PM from a Mod saying that I did not follow the rules.

don't know what the rules are for reporting such incidents, but it should be prevalent, like a sticky in the marketplace.
this way, scammers will know and so will bidders.

but maybe take some satisfaction, that your thread got indexed in Google
