Anyone know a domainer named William Crook / DirectSearch Media?

Hi folks - I'm trying to track down a guy who owns a domain that my client is interested in acquiring.

The domain owner's name is William Crook, and he lists his company as DirectSearch Media in Winchester, Tennessee. He owns many domains, clearly appears to be a domain investor. I've tried to reach him through the contact info listed on whois. But he doesn't respond to emails, doesn't return phone messages, and when I sent a letter to the address listed on whois, it came back marked "no forwarding address".

Anybody know anything about this guy? Thanks.

More of a long shot but you could call the neighbor next to him and ask to go knock on his door
