Were can i register an online business. This Business will work online and offer (Like contract offers and other stuff). How much will it cost? Can any give info to me about this? Thanks.

I did some checking for you Chris and in my country The Netherlands if you want to start your own business the best place to start obtaining information about your options and obligations is the chamber of commerce.

In your case i would check out the contact details on this page and find someone that could assist you with your questions.

That would be mine approach.
