Our company offer web design and development, web applications development, online shopping systems,

multimedia company presentations, web site hosting, search engine promotions and optimization, software

development and graphic design, company logo design and etc.

For every sold service - we give 10% from the price to the sales person, who've made the deal.

Im not sure what you mean by that - all you need to do is find someone who is good at advertising and talking to people, and then pay them. I could do it
