about one month ago i registered five domains in register.com,with promo code from namepros at USD5 each.
from yesterday they suddenly charged me USD8 monthly fee for hosting:Starter Hosting - Unix,this is only for one domain which is about 30 days after my reg.
then i realized all my 5 domains are together with Starter Hosting - Unix,all needs monthly payment and the worst part is i can not turn off the renew of the hosting services which i never notice or used.
i opened a ticket at registered.com,asking them to help stop the services and charges i never noticed.
Their first support email reply asked me to confirm if i wish to cancel the hosting.
I replied as they asked.
Then their second email asks me to contact networksolutions.com for help,WTF,i never a user of networksolutions.
I contacted register.com several times on this problem,never got a reply later.
Now i have to stop paypal payment for register.com
i shall keep away from register.com
