Regarding Sedo Buys and Transfers

I bought some domains on Sedo and I was wondering how the process works.

I have paid in full on all transactions.

Question:
- Do I communicate with the seller regarding transfer and once I receive the domains I let Sedo know and they release the funds?
(or)
- Does the seller have to transfer the domains to Sedo for them to hold and all (funds and domains) are released when all is approved?

Sedo Agent will communicate with seller, ask him to transfer the domain to Sedo, then they transfer the domain to you.
