offer was $10 for ipicshare.com. Should I accept it or ask for more. If more what should I counter with.

$10 ? I would rather let a name expire than sell something for $10 A $100 counter may scare off your customer if he/she is a bottom scraper type. Figure out exactly the amount you have to pay tdnam, then add at least $25 on top off that. Why sell a name if you dont put some money in your pocket. Heck try to sell it on namepros for more than $10

TDNAM will take $5 of that in commission won't they?

So your effectively taking $5 for the domain and they will take weeks to give you the money of which paypal will also take there cut.

It isn't worth the hassle for that amount.

As johname says, counter with $25+ fees (which probably is around $30).
