Should I accept the offer or counter offer?

You can try to counter with like $500 but you might lose the sale. If you decide to counter, make sure to check who the buyer is, and do a little research. If it's some huge company you could ask for quite some more.

Anyways, it's a good offer, I'd take no risk and accept.
