Do you need the money?

Hi it seems to me this domain would be worth more than $75. But as mhdoc stated, you might need the money now. (?)

Where did you receive the offer? If it was on Sedo you should counter with at least $500 IMO.

How long have you had the domain? What kind of traffic does it get, what is the parking revenue? If you are making a profit with it (earning over the reg fee) then keep it. If it's profitable and you still want to sell it, $75 is much too low.

If it's not making reg fee, then take the $75 offer, or counter with $150 and negotiate from there.

Evaluate what the domain has done/generated for you up to this point. If you can, counter offer, if you need the money, i'd take the $80 that phlights.com offered or let the "other guy" know that someone topped his offer.

Thank you for all the feedback, rep will be given. Who doesn't need money? :P I am not desperate to sell it, if you/I know I can get more I will hold onto it. I regged it a couple months ago, that I believe came from a drop, cannot remember now. It recieves anywhere from 5-20 hits a day, with occasional clicks, I have probably made about 10$-15$ alone on this domain in the little time I have had it regged. I realize now, it would not be worth it to sell it for just 75$.

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts, greatly appreciated.
