Had my minimum offer set on namedrive for $100 dollars and I received an offer today. Should I straight up just accept the offer? Is this a decent price or should I try to counter it? Help is appreciated, thanks.

I wouldn'y accept the first offer, it is usually a low ball offer and the person bids the minimum to test you, they probably have a higher budget than that. I would say counter with $350-450 but that is my opinion. If you put it on auction it most likely wont get any more bids than $100. If someone offered $100 for a triple premium 4L.com it is more than likely that it is an end user interested in purchasing.

Good luck

I'd immediately counter with at least $1000

I dont think he's joking, maybe this is some big multi-million $ firm that wants the name, so dont undersell the domain. You could lose the sale by scaring them off, but you have to think if it is worth it for $100.

Maybe they say ok, we'll take it at 1K

Personally, I would go in at between $400-$1K, depending on how greedy you are??

Good luck though

try to get info on the potential buyer.
see if they are an end user.
ask them what their plans are

I can't really do that since its anonymous through namedrive. It just shows me I have an offer and can accept or decline it or counter it which I did.

try and research maybe its an end-user :D

Good luck with your counter offer.. In this case I would have countered with around $500. $100 is much too close to reseller pricing, and $500 should be a nice little profit. Keep us updated.
