I have 10+ sites that ban from google for duplicate content about 1 year ago ! I change it Content and setup a good blog on them and request google to re index them , but still nothing !

Any one know how ? or can do this ? I will pay him after indexing !! :)

Thanks

Easy, search for indexed pages on google like this:
site:95u.org

Even if it was poorly ranked it would still show some pages indexed if it wasnt banned.

To fix join webmasters tools,
add site map,
request re-inclusion,
cross your fingers.

If you have filed a re-inclusion request then I suggest you wait for some time. Re-indexing can take quite some time.

Before you request reconsideration (they don't call it "reinclusion" any more)

Read Google's webmaster guidelines (content and design, technical and quality) and make sure your site complies with each and every item - ESPECIALLY the Quality guidelines!

THEN submit the request.

(If it doesn't meet the quality guidelines you have pretty much zero chance of being reincluded.)

google doesn't ban dup contents... if it was the case where newspaper sites will be banned also.... it is better to rewrite your content so that it appears to be unique..
and you may rank better if you got the keyword density right etc.

it's not intentional on the part of google.
google filters, good seo/webmasters block.
see
http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2006/12/deftly-dealing-with-duplicate-content.html

if in series of successive filters done by google and webmaster of the site did not acted on it out of carelessness, then the domain/url will be removed from index results of google hence there's a need to be re-included.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but one of my developed domain (osyt.com) is banned too.

It is unique, i have submitted reinclusion request on my webmaster tools.
But still has not been indexed, it's been about 1 month.

How long should i wait? :(

Hard to say without knowing which site doesn't get indexed, you could have something on the site that doesn't sit right with Google.

If you think your site is in order, simply build links from websites that have a high volume of daily visitors, these sites get spidered a lot thus so will yours.

AFAIK, takes at least a couple of weeks. The only one I ever personally submitted was several years ago - it took exactly 4 weeks and they didn't send me a reply, the site just "reappeared" one day. My site has been solidly positioned ever since but there was residual flakiness for +6 months after reinclusion, like pages disappearing for a few days during algo updates - a little unsettling.

Before you submitted the reconsideration request, did you check your site point-by-point against Google's webmaster guidelines, especially the quality guidelines section? Your site will be subject to a very picky manual inspection and it doesn't meet all those requirements your request will go straight in the trash.

You should check all of those things every time you launch a new site - it's a LOT easier to stay indexed than it is to get back in!
