What is the best place to register a .TV domain?

The registry itself is www.tv, they charge 30 EUR/year and offer free webmail with it. There is a whole list of resellers as well, with a big variety of prices...

Which place is best to go with? Price is important, though more important are a stable DNS, possibility to have email with the same domain, subdomains possibility, and fast support.

Also, how is .TV organised when it comes to reselling? If you buy a .COM domain from a reseller and the reseller goes out of business, you can keep your .COM and just move automatically to the ICANN-accredited registrar where the reseller was linked to.
Does .TV have a same system? If you buy with a reseller and they go out of business, can you keep your domain at the www.tv then?

GoDaddyGoDaddy
Idotz.net $29.99
ENOM running a special for 1 year at $24.99
GODADDY with a coupon code you can reg for $30
Registerfly keeps hinting at a $9.99 special but with no details.

You can move your .tv to wherever you like with a transfer.

Premium names can only be regged at www.tv

code is "usa6". For bulk registrations "slash" is better. I haven't regged for for a while so hopefully that is still correct.

www.tv itself is 30$ if I'm not wrong, plus free webmail.

But besides... If you buy through a reseller (such as dotz.tv, domainsite.com, namecheap.com, etc) and they would ever get out of business, is there any way to recover the .TV you own?
With .COM names it's easy because if the reseller is going down, the domain will be continued at the accredited registrar. But does .TV have a similar system? If not, then it's advisable to register straight at www.tv where this risk is not present.
