.tv Expiring .tvs?

there is a .tv that i have my eye on and it shows that it expired on 10-3-2006. it's registered at www.tv ... is there anyway of knowing the drop cycle or where i can place a back order on such a name? do i just have to wait for it to drop then see what kind of price .tv assigns to it?

as far as i understand, yes, .tv will re-release it at their deemed price.
