This is a special condition only for this Bidding Campaign because the standard renewal registration price for premium domain names is the same as its initial price. Registration subject to the terms and conditions of Registration Agreement available here. Payment must be made to The .tv Corporation within five days after the winning bidder has been notified that they have submitted the highest bid. Particularly given that there is no ongoing premium reg. fee associated with them, they will have the pricing structure of any other extension, so I don't see how anyone could fail to consider this auction to be a "sale"
