I've been trying to get an answer to this question in the domain auction forum, but haven't been able to. I held my first auction there last week. I wasn't completely sure how the process works, but I specified that it would end 72 hours after the last bid, following someone else's setup. Well, some bids were made, then 72 hours passed, evidently ending the auction (again, not being 100% sure if that's how it works). Then someone placed a bid after 72 hours had passed, when the auction was technically over, again assuming that's how it works.

Can someone advise as to how I should handle this?

Thanks,
Gregg

Whoever placed the highest bid within the 72hr time frame is the winner. :alien2:

It's over. Transfer the domain to the winner.

Hi :) If you set an end time .. it ends then .. any bids after this time do not count.

Please let me know if you need any further clarifications on rules at any time

What the other 3 said. Any bids after the 72 hour mark are void.

Who's the winner? I'm going to upload a picture to help any other Captain Obviouses out there understand this complex question.
