As strange as may sound even i use Paypal for years i never bother ask this question before. Sometimes trouble me by with the hurricane of new brain requests per millisecond i shift it aside 
Well the question is this :
With Paypal if you don't a business account and someone is going to pay you with credit card you can accept or deny their payment (if you accept it you are allowed to do that up to 5 times per year)
- I understand that you must pay from your balance. So how this works? You fund your account from your card, wait some days and then pay the other person ?
