I have a quick question, if you have domains and someone stole it, then that guy sell the domains to a party A, then party A might be sell it to party B. Would you be able to get the domain back from party B? I imagine it'd be extreme difficult if the domain has been passed to more people, but legally, it is possible.

To make the story short, please assume that I've all the legal thing necessary to prove that the domain was stolen, think about anything that you can think of, like Registrar's paper work, hacker's name and location etc. Don't ask me how and why because it's gonna take a whole page long :), the simple question is that: It is retrievable if it has been transfer illegally to the 1st party and legally sold to other parties.

Thanks in advance, sorry my English is bad.
