This is a normal practice in out bound for low xxx deals, being in outbound for 10 years always customers have paid after push, first time an end-user stopped responding after namesilo push, what can be done? I know he is listed in Google business and his phone number.

Send some payment reminders. If there's no response and you have his details send in a debt collector.

I know it's not a lot of money but you know, basically he's stealing from you. I've sent debt collectors to nonepaying clients for amounts under $100 before. It's not worth the time and money but it does deliver a message.

I work hard to earn my money so no matter what amount, if you're trying to steal from me I'll come for you.

I told him I will wait 24 hours before taking any action, debt collector is good idea, how much do they charge? If no way around I have to leave him some neagtive reviews on his Google biz page

How long since his last answer?

I would send a couple of follow ups and payment reminders in the next week or so. He might be busy with work, who knows. But do not threaten him or anything.

If the owner is an ethical person, he will pay.

Normally end-users pay immediately after push, it's not about payment but he stopped replying.

Next time don't take a the risk, use Undeveloped .

10 years in the business & still making rookie mistakes?

Normally use undeveloped but at times enduser are skeptical to pay first. Only at this situation we push first , yeah a lesson learnt.

do you think i should leave a negative review in his google business page if no payment or can namesilo do anything to get back the domain?

Give him a benefit if doubt and allow him 72 hours at least before puling anything negative on him. Because at this point, not enough time has passed to draw a negative conclusion. You do not know - he may be a gentleman but maybe some tragedy struck him or some accident.

There could be ten other possibilities for a guy to go silent. But yeah, being an a'hole is one of them.

I think even NamePros allows the buyer 24 hours to revert.

I'd wait for a bit. I'm not sure how it works worldwide but in Europe you can get a debt collector involved after 14 days past due invoice. I usually send a reminder again after 14 days, extend the due date with a week. If they still don't pay it goes to a debt collector.

For national debts I don't pay anything. They charge the nonpayer an additional fee when they collect the debt.

For international collection I sometimes work with a % of the debt. So they get like 10% of what they're able to collect on a no cure no pay base.

I will say give him another 3/4 days since it is small amount...

And remind him that you have no other option but to give a negative review on Google...and explain even if it is not a business related review...it definitely leave a dent in his overall trustworthiness and since it will be visible to everyone...this might impact his sales...

be polite and respectful in explaining this... don't sound like threatening but alerting of outcome..

Thanks

Why would you send anything that the guy dident pay you for. Your basically screwed if he does not pay.
The only thing I would do now ,if he does in fact screw you if track down all his customers and tell them this guy said to get the funds from his deat beat customer, and if they don't pay you will sue them . He will probably pay you right away, after that, you can also call his customers at home at 230 am and tell them what a pos their vendor is hit star 67 first
