If a seller sells the .US domain , how much tax does he have to give ?
and does he have to be a US citizen or not ?

Can a non US resident buy a .US domain

i am searching and appraising the True values of Dot . US , Dot .mobi and Dot .coms.. so this thread was written to see if this domain is really worth the Registration , or IS for 440 $ or More And how is the Dot. US domains performing.

Its my domain , i have to put it to some use, I donot know wether the buyer was genuine , or enduser or a reseller or was not serious with the buy.

I see The buyers side of the view : if it sells for 440 $ or what will the buyer do with this domain and what will be the End Result ..

Will it resell for 600 $ or be developed good or may be parked and appreciate in value as the year passes by..or may become xxxx

i think you are making the thought process alot harder than it need to be

if you are going to develop the domain then fair enough ignore offers but if not you should at least counter and sell at a price you like (tho i think most round here would agree that the $440 was more than its worth)

as for worrying who the buyer is and what his intentions are, why is that of upmost importance? as long as his money is the same colour it doesnt matter

$440 is alot of fresh .us regs and im sure theres alot stronger names out there for regging

Thanks for your feedback , I agree with you , 440 is a lot for a fresh .us reg ,But
i need this domain as i may get it developed for the US market . I see buyer intentions more important as he may make more money than me , or he may get a better use of it.

you are also right As there are a lot of names yet to be registered..

If he is paying 440 $ for this name , imaging this name selling for maybe 1200 $ after a year , even if he was paying a lot as i also feel it at current market i will keep the domain as i need this domain.

AS the fullvideos.com is taking offers above 2000 $

I always see buyers and the sellers view. and need to know the worth of my domain. And squeeze the maximum potential and profits of a domain.
