What do you guys think of value? Good hand regs?

I think they were smart hand regs.

I like: TopExotic.com which sold for $300, I bet it can go for $2k next time around! (end user)

Yeah, that's right. There are actually more expensive names that were dropped. One name that was available about a year ago was ExpressDialup.com (had sold for 4k previously). I had an opportunity to hand reg it but didn't. Someone regged it and now it's a website again. Same thing with gay-shirts.com. That sold for 4k and I had a chance to hand reg it but didn't. It's taken now.

I have a list of a few more names that were sold previously, some above even 2k. But those are company focused and might be trademark issues. It looks in those case the company just made a hasty decision to buy a domain name and then found a better one... and had no use for the old one.

Including those company names I have a list right now of 10 available domains that had a total selling price of $11,548.

The question is, how much value does it add to the domain name that it was sold previously? Is any name worth a hand reg that had a buyer previously ???

I think it adds plenty of value since that means that the domain has a higher possibility of finding an end user again.
