Totally agree that it would have been better if that had happened earlier.

On the other hand, I like the fact that Porkbun puts technology and adding actually useful features first, and that only after implementation some modest marketing and documentation follows.

It's a stark contrast to what you see happening at GoDaddy/Afternic right now.

Yes, very true. GD/AN have a habit of announcing features that just don't work (or at least don't work reliably), and then decide to keep increasing their commission for the right to use said tools.

I am now opting-in for SedoMLS Fast Transfer in batches of 100 domains at a time.

It's mainly the procedure at Sedo that is not so user-friendly.

But eventually I'll manage to have them all opted-in.

Did not test this yet (have no domains for Sedo @ porkbun at this time), hope the SedoMLS set prices are (will be) shown in appropriate currency (be it USD, EURO, GBP)?

I was just coming here to ask how long the batch takes on Sedo's side. I put in a batch and nothing yet. But a small manual approval of 2 names went through instantly.

@Porkbun I have activated with Sedo and all show as ready to activate. But I have received no email from you and nothing shows as pending opt-in. What can i do?

All my domains already had the Porkbun tag.

Assuming that you're in the SedoMLS Premium Promotion View in your Sedo Dashboard.

Now, for every batch of 100 domains, I'm filtering column "SedoMLS Premium Status" and select "Ready for Activation" there.

Then select 100 domains in bulk

Then click button "Activate SedoMLS Premium" (grey button)

In the resulting screen, I'm not touching the checkboxes next to each individual domain, and just go to the end of page*.

Check "Confirm" + "Activate SedoMLS Premium" (green button)

Then wait some time. Sometimes nothing happens. Sometimes it works.

If it works for a batch, two emails from Porkbun start coming in (one with a list of the opt-in domains, one with a link to activate on Porkbun)

Finalize opt-in on https://porkbun.com/account/sedoOptIn

*This is still confusing - not sure if reconfirming the registrar is necessary in this step

It's frustrating, because at the moment this method no longer works for me and I cannot indicate when it will and will not work on Sedo's side.

I get the impression that smaller batches work better, and that the registrar field still needs to be reconfirmed, even though -in my case- "Porkbun" was already visible next to each domain.

It should show whichever is a the better/lower price.

Although all my Porkbun domains are labeled as "Domain ready for SedoMLS activation" at Sedo, I'm not seeing anything in my Porkbun dashboard. What to do to enable it @Porkbun? Just wait and the notifications will appear?

You really would think they'd have that sort of stuff nailed down ready for launch. But anyway, I guess they'll get there in due course.

As mentioned earlier you have to accept the TOS at Sedo and resubmit them there first. Admittedly we weren't informed of this either before things went live.

Thanks for all the feedback y'all, looks like a lot of the issues are stuff needing to be done on Sedo's side? Please continue to surface and also don't hesitate to reach out to support team directly at [email protected] for more complicated issues or hiccups.

I still can't get my Sedo domains listed for MLS. Porkbun has been working on getting a response from Sedo for days.

the 2 I did manually worked. I then did a bulk upload for the remainder. None cleared (although they show as ready on Sedo's side and PorkBun says they see the "hook" to opt them in. But Sedo isn't accepting the "hook" and no one from Sedo responds to PorkBun (at least not for 3 days and counting). Can you imagine a company that doesn't respond to it's client for 3 full days?

Chris (who posts here) was able to get this resolved for me manually. He was very helpful.
It is nice to see companies who follow their NP thread and respond to issues.
