i never own any website or domain, so its my first time i am trying to own a domain for some revenue from domain parking, reselling or by developing a website,
i digg into google adwords now i can search keywords etc, but still not able to understand what are the parameter on which i should decide its a good or bad domain for me
e.g i found a domain from google adwords,

Competition: 0.69
Global Monthly Searches:60500
Local Monthly Searches: 27100
can some one please explain me why i should buy or not buy this domain , and what can be a best use of this domain.
