I know this is probably a "stupid question", however, I have not been able to successfully upload via FTP the ADSENSE CODE that is required to be put into the page source webpage.

I have watched the videos and read, read, read, so please if you would please share with me the quick and correct way to do this I would greatly appreciate it.

After I connect via FTP to my website, and I have copied the ADSENSE CODE into memory what should I do next?

Should I save the code in a notepad file with a particular extension and then upload? If this is correct, my next question is WHERE and in WHICH directory
do I place this file.

This will be my first adsense website and I simply want to successfully upload and place the adsense code properly.

firstly is this for a site with a script or a site you made yourself? if its a site you made for yourself you need to put the code where desired in the page you want it on. or follow the directions of the script.

It should be easy if you know HTML, when you are connected via FTP client, you need to modify your pages and enter adsense code in there (where ever you want to place it).
