Is anybody aware of any sources/apps/programs that would decipher Pinyin acronyms?

It would be very helpful to know that for owners of LLLL, LLLLL etc. domains as knowing what they stand for, allows one to gauge their possible appeal to the Chines audience.

Set the left pane for Chinese, and the right pane for English. Type the acronym in the Chinese pane and you'll get the English translation in the right pane. For example, I sold this domain last year: tycylc.com. If you type tycylc in the left pane, it should translate as Sun City Casino. Additionally, you'll find the Chinese characters that the acronym represents displayed just below the Chinese pane ( left side ). In the case of this example it is 太阳城娱乐城.

Have even found an acronym that translated to "Volkswagen dealer" - no, haven't registered it.

Hi,

If I follow that and type "liwub" it says "Gift" and chinese as "礼物吧".

If I write "liwu", then also it says "gift" and chinese as "礼物".

Now "b" can mean many things, so what can be possible meanings for liwub ?

Can anyone throw some light.
