Pheenix transfer lock after renewal

I just sold a domain that I got at an auction in mai 2015 at pheenix

Now I learned its transfer locked for another 37 days and
I can't get the auth code the reason is:

pheenix internally transfered this domain to their "main registrar"
when it renewed 23 days ago

It is because the domain name was recently renewed. When a domain name is renewed, the system will TRANSFER it to our main Pheenix registrar.
Hence there is a 60 day ICANN Transfer Lock.

can't remmeber this as I do not do this a lot.. but are you saying that at say namecheap or godaddy, after you renew a domain, they are not transfered locked for some days??? I thought it was push only on those registrars after I renew... at least after renewing expired domains...
