Payment option for Turkey from Buyer

Hi, I got a $150 sale & client is from turkey . she said she have no paypal and we accepted to do with Flippa but she moved to USA (i think as a tourist). She said its easy to pay from USA and she go to bank and make payment. But she just called me and said since she don't have US bank account, she can't do wire transfer to flippa but can do direct payment to Flippa US account, which i declined to her since it become anonymous and Flippa can't credit the payment to her.

So what are the options for her to pay me, Flippa is not needed since its my direct incoming lead and I made her to start Flippa transaction.

1. Is it paypal allow tourist to open account in USA?
2. How about cash card, if so How can i get paid since I am from India?
3. Is their any other option?

I think the client try best to pay me and I think she have CC. Does paypal don't service Turkey?

I am from Turkey. PayPal is banned in Turkey. You might get payment with bitcoin if she knows how to do it.


Or list it for sale on godaddy, she can buy with her card I believe.

She can go to K-mart wall mart CVS Wall Greens, etc... and buy paypal cash card.
And she can give you the code from the card so you can deposit to your paypal account.

Exactly if she is still in the States. I believe Duane&Reade also have those prepaid cards.

I do business with India, you have Western Union !

Look like this work only with paypal USA. since neither me or her own paypal USA account, this option not possible?

Won't work for Indian Paypal account. I am from India and tried before.

@premkumar Did you check with client if Payoneer works in Turkey? If yes you can use Payoneer. Bitcoin is a good option always if both parties agree.

I did messaged her same about CC. I don't know why she didn't use CC option in Flippa.

Give her your payoneer usa account, it's lots easier to get paid or you can give her your payoneer euro account when she return from USA to Turkey

For bank transfers, it shouldn't matter whether she's located in USA or Turkey. The home country of the buyer's bank account matters

Create a payoneer account, raise an invoice of the sale amount and send it to her.

Depending on where is she is, she will get options to pay by credit/debit cards, bank transfer, eCheck (varies with country) and she can do the transaction.

Works almost everywhere and you get the money in your Indian bank account in 2-3 days. CC/DC charges are 3%.
