Enduser in India having problems with PayPal

I found an enduser in India for one of my domains, transferred the domain to her and instructed her to pay me through Paypal. She had never used PP before but was very cooperative and set up an account there. However, apparently Paypal in India doesn't allow you to transfer funds from a bank account to Paypal, just credit and debit cards. This is a very low-value transaction (the sale price was just $40). I'm waiting for her to let me know if she can link her credit card to Paypal, but if she can't, what other options do I have that won't suck most of the money out of the transaction in the form of fees (ie wire transfer?)

This enduser is completely trustworthy so that's not really the problem here. Just wondering how to bypass the paypal problem.

if you live relatively close to each other then maybe you can meet her in person and get the payment, and maybe talk even more business? :blink:

I live in Canada; she lives in India - not quite close enough to meet up. I'm hoping that she's able to link her credit card to Paypal though.

i think she have some non supported cc cards. not all cc works with paypal in india

Perhaps the buyer can find a paypal user in their area, what part of India?

Many Indian domainers on this forum. I am sure they could assist.

I don't see any problem in linking cc with paypal. Yes, there is a problem in linking debit cards with paypal in india. Which cc she uses

Not sure what CC she's using; I'm still waiting for her to get back to me. I'll probably give her a call on Monday.

Other wise try other media like Gift card or some thing that sort.
