Parked Domain getting 10 plus visitors a day

I have a domain that is parked and its getting 10 visitors per day but no clicks.

The domain is not keyword based.

Is the number of visitor for this domain good or bad? How can I increase it?

What should I do to get a conversion/clicks?

I was thinking of developing it into a Minisite. Should I even do anything with it?

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

What domain is it?

It would be helpful...especially to know it is not something like WhatDoesThePhraseFullDisclosureMean.com so that we can recognise if it is in a buyers market...or if people are simply coming because it was linked from somewhere and they are residuals

To get more relevant ads on your parked domain, most domain parking providers allow you to use keyword when you set up your parking page, just make sure you have entered the keywords or you might have to change them to something else but still related to your domain. With 10 visitors a day it would not really make much difference I suppose.

If you park your domains with Why Park you can use adsense on your domains and you can also post your own content on it so that will help you to make the ads more relevant.

You can also use Google analytics on it so you might get the better idea where the traffic comes from.

To increase traffic you can do regular link building to it as you would do with a website, but you should really check with your parking providers terms and conditions as some of them might not allow it and they expect that your domain would already have existing traffic to it.
