I have a domain name that is being parked and I had no idea it was getting such a high CTR. For the month of May I averaged nearly 10 uniques a day and a CTR of 15.25%. This is abnormally high, isn't it?

Would there be any benefits of keeping it parked? I don't have time to develop an expansive site.. So should I make a simple site and put a few google ads on it?

The parked ads on the site have nothing to do with the domain's subject. I don't know why people would click on them.

whats the domain and what keywords are you using?

i have domains that get 40%+ ctr (and some crazy days with 100% ctr's), tho i also have <1% ctr domains aswell, so 15% isnt ridiculous, i would say its a bit above average

I don't think that is abnormally high - It just means the keywords/ads are reasonably suited to the domain. Mine range from 0 up to 55%.
