Hi Guys.
i was trying to deal with this guy who own Gambly.com after having all proofs i decided to pay through paypal
but after receiving payment in paypal he disappeared
be carefull dont make any deal with him @Oliver Maggs
he trying to cash amount from paypal and then paypal will refund me and paypal will mark him as negative balance.
so he is trying to play game here with alot of guys..

he proved the ownership by sending an email from [email protected]
And tried to gain my trust by sending me his identification card but maybe it was someone else’s...not sure if I should share the picture of the ID here so I didn’t post it

That's true we believe that every member in NP is honest and trying to make a living domaining but i guess it's not. Some people are taking advantage of this community to either scam or sell stolen domains. There's not much you can do until you get in issues and you find out that you are a involved in such dirty business.
It happened to me once and i hope it won't again because it's not worth it.

Next time provide a string of characters to be added to the admin name field for whois verification, phone call, reply from the email I sent the address (cant spoof), and transfer to escrow. We go above and beyond to avoid fraud. Especially with crypto payments.

I have been making attempts to compensate @BrunoWillis fully but have been unsuccessful in grasping contact with NamePros.

I would think it would be appropriate to remove this thread. It damages other people with the same name as me, it also contains credentials that associate with innocent individuals.

I was going to close the initial deal with @BrunoWillis before he decided to bombard my family with messages from proxy social accounts, including my sister who was a minor at the time.

I have no idea who the account above is, it certainly isn't mine.

If namepros are actually interested in having their user compensated in exchange for the removal of this thread thereafter, I am happy to discuss. In the event that NamePros decides to keep it, I shant be making a compensatory payment and will seek legal action for defamation and the solicitation of the publication of private documents and personal data.

You never refunded the people who you scammed through your CSGO project back in 2016 including me, in fact i am still waiting for you to compensate all those people. I can't believe you are still continuously scamming people with the same strategy, "I will compensate this person" is the same exact thing you said a few years ago in attempt to save your reputation when you promised paying those people, who you scammed with your gambly project, back.

It's funny because I still have the discord chat logs where, after ghosting everyone, you came back after a while and promised to sort it out with all the people who you took money from. There are even pictures attached with you holding a piece of paper saying that you would refund us.

To be honest, I wouldn't even call it "investing", because in this particular case, it was just a way for some people, who believed in the potential of the project at the time, to help you out. You suggested that, in order to finish up some features for the site, you needed help financially and promised us to return the items.

The approximate total value of the items you received from people, is €1000 (That's all i know about, there might be more). I am suggesting You to pay me and others involved in the Gambly project back in crypto. I believe I can get you in contact with most of them. Based on the information in this thread, I don't think it would make much of a difference to your financial situation, even if it did, it would only be justified, because for some people it was a lot of money at the time.

Even though I have a lot of sensitive information about you that you freely gave out while the Gambly project was still active, I won't use it to my advantage as some others. I believe that you can solve this without it getting more dirty than it already is.

I don't see how this thread is damaging any brand/name except yours, so there is absolutely no reason to remove it unless you compensate everyone affected by your scams.

Two people were refund regarding Gambly.com. Both of those transactions were pending and I refused to hand over the domain during that stage. It was my fault I didn't take each transaction individually and wait for each consecutive one to be resolved. Bruno has been messaged over the course of the last few months, he hasn't responded. A lot of information provided here breaks privacy laws such as contracts and private conversations. A lot of the information is abusive and defamatory and does not actually have anything to do with the situation/s.

What I can say is that most of Oliver Magg's statements above aren't reflecting the truth. He scammed me in 2019 after signing a contract with me and he hasn't refunded anything. He simply didn't deliver and ran away with my payment because he was completely broke at this time after destroying his crypto business without having been able to pay back investors!
