Regarding the logo payment, I paid in full for a logo that was unique and could be trademarked. It was almost a complete conceptual copy of "Realm Royale" (Google it) therefore I made a case, lost the case which I accept and never used the logo regardless.

PayPal are literally giving me error bugs, I don't know why. I have literally clicked full refund on both. So, what I have done is accepted liability and escalated both cases for you.

I will state this very simply again.

Both PayPal individuals can create cases to get their refunds. Both were pending, didn't feel safe transferring a domain at that stage.

Regarding the Bitcoin, I know the buyer is being honest that he sent it otherwise he wouldn't be that angry. So the best I could offer him was the initial deal (that I spent time to list for him) for $1000, so I would list it for $250 and it would all be done by now.

Whilst it is totally fine to accuse and talk about the situation, I have been mocked and my personal details have also been dispersed everywhere here. I have had the Bitcoin buyer email me saying he will contact members of my family.

I admit, I used a pretty niche wallet and it's likely that the wallet itself was a scam, why else would I list the site on escrow AND undeveloped if I had any intention to scam?

All buyers are more than welcome to report fraud if they so wish, I cannot do anything else but offer the above.
wallet was not scam but u r scammer...

Yes, I have been idiotic by accepting multiple offers, but the case was both PayPal payments were pending and it felt risky (maybe because of international funds or I don't use PayPal much).

In regards to the cryptocurrency, I used a Chrome extension wallet to receive the funds and I am now reading reviews that funds to auto-direct as a scam, so again it was my naievity and trust in a lowly trusted technology, however - after being continuously threatened including remarks about my family etc. when I have spent all day looking for a payday loan to refund and offered the initial escrow deal - has really made me reluctant to even bother.

Why would I be scamming if I am literally refunding you. You will win the case, I am no longer going to talk to you.

Oliver,

You are a young smart guy, and we sometimes make mistakes. I think you are able to make money with your development projects and businesses and don't need other sources.

My proposal is to work on a solution, also together with the NamePros team.

I see a possibility for finding a solution here, and also for getting these negative things out of Google when everything is solved, together with the help of NamePros.

It is true that the seller asked for EITHER $1,000 by Escrow or $750 by Bitcoin. It was for a package of domain + trademark + social media accounts. First I decided to pay $1,000 for security reasons. Then I accepted his second proposals and sent $750 by Bitcoin. This happened after I tried to send $1,000 by Escrow and Undeveloped (which did not work for external reasons). Regarding the rest, you know that the $750 in BTC left your wallet 40 minutes later and went to another, unknown BTC address. And also the contract was suddenly trashed in your own Cloud account.

My proposal is that you refund all other people completely, and then you can select if you either want to refund me, or the other option I propose is that you transfer the domain and trademarks to me, and only then I will send you $250 for the social media accounts. This is voluntarily from my side and then you have the $1,000 you initially wanted to have and which I also accepted for escrow transfer. But these $250 will be sent by Escrow for security.

When everything has been solved completely, then we will work together with NamePros on a solution for getting your name and also the domain name out of Google.

Please let me know if this works for you.

Debt collectors are able to contact family. Don't want him taking Aunt Betsy to the cleaners also. Maybe they need to check their sofas for change before this guy sits down.

Why does this guy need a payroll loan, where did the money go?

He runs bitcoin casinos, and can't even get a wallet right, come on.

Do whatever you need to do legally to get your money back, and make sure nobody else gets scammed.

I hope these guys get their money back, they don't deserve this.

People can defraud and be blatant about it? All I can say is that @Oliver Maggs deserve a permanent place in jail. Else, he's gonna ruin people's lives on a larger scale by the time he graduates in this scam arts.

Is it possible to start another thread for these logo topics? Thank you for posting the incident though.

😂 @Aunt Betsy

But seriously no sofa needed. When he needs some chump change he just sells Gambly. Again. 🙈

He is already selling it again. I've informed Flippa about these multiple payments without delivery and an existing legal contract.

Yes. With flippa escrow in play, it has to move this time for him to get paid, someone will probably pay a lot more there as they would be uninformed of what is going on. Let’s hope flippa blacklists it.

I am happy to help the PayPal guys and they WILL be sorted. The logo is clearly a fraud on the designers side trying to make a logo by copying a video games' one after specific agreement the logo would be unique/bespoke.

Bruno has gone onto Facebook and contacted my sister, who has extreme anxiety - she came into my room yesterday after being in tears about the messages he bombarded her with unwarrantly.

I have offered to help, by listing it for $250, since I KEPT pushing it for escrow. I love how people jump to conclusions and bully me - I can take it, but DON'T put in on my family, especially those who are young, vulnerable and starting her A Level exams. My anger has made me completely reluctant to help him.

People keep asking where the bitcoin has gone and why I do not have the money to reimburse, I DO NOT KNOW where it is, well I do - it is in that other wallet, I don't have access to that wallet, all the funds are there. The money was literally, almost instantly (in less than an hour, a few minues after full confirmation) redirected to it and I do NOT know why.

Ok Oliver.

I can take this offer. Put it online on an escrow service. But we will inform them about the contract and details before so that they know exactly when they can release the $250 to you. This can only happen when everything has been sent, domain, trademarks and social accounts.

Else I can also accept a refund.

Yes I contacted your sister. I didn't want to hurt her. And I didn't bomb her. I contacted her only once and sent the link to this conversation, in a very short message without attacking her. I mentioned even that I want to have this solved. Why I did this? Because I thought you won't see your mistake, and then I thought it's better that your sister is informed by me than by the police. Because I didn't see any solution. Let's solve this and then get your name out.

Steven I tried to, for two full days. But he threatened to call police and come to my city instead of talking about a solution. Then I only saw option of denouncing or first trying to get him to reason.

Ok, now it is getting totally crazy, because Flippa whom I informed already about an existing, legally binding contract and from who I received a reply today, has finally sold this domain a second time despite the fact that it has already been sold and paid and Flippa was informed.

NamePros what do we do now?

I don't know what you are talking about, Steven. I can only assume that you haven't read the complete thread. But what I can tell you is that I am totally the wrong guy for scams.

What do you mean You used Bitcoin for $750 to purchase it and you didnt get anything. Youre trying to get your money back but he is not cooperating because he says the account you sent the money to him he no longer has access too. Lesson learned here never use Bitcoin... second you then tried to harass a family member, a big no no. Regardless if its just saying one thing or a paragraph you intentionally went to a family member to try hoping to get his attention. You then offer him 250 more that you would do via escrow if he sends you everything and yet he is not replying... There for i said learn from your mistakes and just walk away. There is nothing NamePros can do but close the account if they wish. so yeah.
